Business Builder Grants are Now OPEN!The Heartland Regional Food Business Center is set to invest $11 million across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and northwest Arkansas.
Grants from $5,000 to $50,000 will strengthen local and regional food supply chains by helping rural and urban enterprises start, grow, and connect. Eligible are small and diverse food and farm entrepreneurs serving local and regional food markets. An informational free Zoom Webinar will be held and recorded on August 28, 12 to 1 p.m. First-round grant applications are due October 15, 2024. Awards will be announced about January 15, 2025.
